Demonstrating large shot blast machines under actual manufacturing conditions

THM shot  blast machines available for processing trials at the test centers in Haan/Germany and Grand Rapids/USA

Investing in a large shot blast machine is a major financial decision. Therefore, our customers want to make sure that the troughed belt continuous flow shot blast machines are suitable for their work pieces and that they are productive and cost-efficient.

For this reason, two continuous flow shot blast machines, namely model THM 300/1 for smaller work pieces and model THM 500/2/E for larger work pieces and high part volumes, are available in our test & training center in Haan for processing trials with our customers’ work pieces. Recently, a THM 400/2/E was installed at our US subsidiary in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

„Now we can demonstrate the excellent shot blasting performance of the THM continuous flow machines with our customers’ work pieces without major logistical problems. And this is not only possible with a few single pieces but with large work piece volumes. It enables us to demonstrate the productivity of our shot blast equipment live.“
